Practice techniques until they are completely automatic. Remember: it is better to ideally work out 2-3 receptions than superficially 10-20. Remember that the fight does not always take place in "ideal" conditions. Learn to defend yourself in an elevator, on stairs, on slippery surfaces, in heels and in tight clothing, while sitting and lying down.
Weapon
Think about the weapon and how you can use it. For a girl, this will be a good advantage in a fight with a superior opponent. In some cases, even a demonstration of a shocker, a gas canister or a knife will cool the attacker's ardor.
Of the improvised items in a fight, you can use a stone, a stick, a bottle, and even a stool. Girls often use sharp heels for kicks, long hairpins, spray deodorant spray into their eyes. It is also important to practice the use of weapons and improvised means at home, so as not to get confused at the right time and do everything right.
Psychological preparation
Remember that in a street fight there are no rules and no human relationships. Act with confidence, do the maximum damage to the attackers, do not think about the consequences.
