On the day when the news of Antonio Conte's departure from Juventus spread throughout the football world, the management of the most titled club in Italy decided to appoint a new head coach. It was 46-year-old specialist Massimiliano Allegri.

Allegri played football himself, however, he did not play for the top clubs of the Italian championship. Born Massimiliano on 11 August 1967 in Livorno. His career as a football player did not bring him great awards. After the midfielder decided to end up with personal appearances, he tried his hand at coaching.

The first club for the coach was the Allianse team, which played in Serie C of the Italian championship. It was the 2003-2004 season. This was followed by other little-known Italian football clubs. For example, "Grosseto", "Sassuolo". Only in 2008, the specialist was invited to coach the Serie A club (Cagliari). Massimiliano did not achieve much success with this team, but already in 2010 he was invited to the top Italian club Milan. In his first season, he won the Italian title with a team from Milan. It was thanks to this that Allegri was recognized as the best coach in Italy in 2011. At the same time, Massimiliano won the Italian Super Cup with Milan footballers. However, then there was a significant decline in the coaching career of a specialist, due to the faded play of Milan. Allegri was no longer considered the best coach, he began to have frequent conflicts with the team leadership. All this led to the fact that Allegri was fired from his post as head coach of Milan in January 2014.

The specialist did not have to stay out of work for a long time. Already on July 16, he signed a contract with the leader of the Italian championship of recent years, Juventus. The cooperation is foreseen for two years. The Italian press reports Allegri's official salary for the season at € 2 million.

This decision of the Juventus management caused a lot of conflicting emotions. Many fans of the club believe that Allegri does not match the level of a great team. Currently, the specialist is already holding the first training camp of Juventus.
