Many people want to go in for sports, keep their bodies in good shape, but most often their desire is in the way of financial problems, lack of money for training in gyms or to buy equipment, for example, dumbbells. It turns out that you can make these simulators at home.
It is necessary
- - plastic bottles (from under "Fanta")
- - cans (from condensed milk)
- - two small pieces of metal pipe
- - cement mortar, sand or water

Step 1
There are several ways to make dumbbells with your own hands. First, we'll look at the one that is easiest to implement. To do this, you will need empty plastic bottles (Fanta bottles are ideal, as they will be convenient to hold in your hand), water or sand, electronic scales, if you want to adjust the weight of the dumbbell.
Getting started:
1. Take bottles, wash them thoroughly, get rid of labels.
2. Fill the bottles with sand (you can also use water, but you will have to change the contents frequently).
3. Weigh the future dumbbell, adjust its weight by adding or subtracting sand (water).
4. Screw on the bottle cap tightly.
5. For safety reasons, cover the cover with insulating tape.
Your dumbbell is ready, you can test it during home workouts.
Step 2
Using the following method, you can make dumbbells that will weigh much more than bottle dumbbells. Prepare the following materials: a pair of cans (from condensed milk, or the like), if you need large dumbbells, you can take paint cans that exist in different sizes, a piece of metal pipe (about 20 cm), cement mortar.
We make dumbbells:
1. Take two jars, rinse and dry them.
2. Take one can, fill it with cement mortar.
3. Insert one end of the metal pipe into the solution.
4. Hold for a couple of minutes until the solution begins to thicken and the pipe will hold itself upright.
5. Leave the future dumbbell until the cement hardens completely.
6. Fill the second jar with the solution.
7. Insert into it the free end of the pipe that was poured into the first can.
8. Hold for a while.
9. Fix the pipe in the desired position and leave to solidify completely.
It will take you more time to make dumbbells using the latter method, but they will be very strong and comfortable.
