Fractures and injuries of the joints associated with their temporary immobility and fixation in a plaster cast or splint, are fraught with the fact that after removing the fixing bandages, their mobility is sharply limited. Fixed in one position, the muscles of the joints lose their elasticity and must be developed in order to regain their original mobility. If you have had an elbow fracture, then we recommend several exercises to help increase its mobility.
Instructions
Step 1
Stand up straight. Clasp your hands together at chest level. Do the following movements 10 times: transfer the lock to the left shoulder, to the chest, to the right shoulder, the lock up, behind the head, up and down, the lock slides to the chin and down.
Step 2
Do the following exercises with your hands clasped in a lock 10 times: bend your elbows, supination-pronation. The lock is at chest level with the elbows bent, extend your arms forward and twist the lock.
Step 3
Clasp your hands together at the back of your head. Straighten your arms up and put them back on the back of your head.
Step 4
Stroke your forearms with your hands, making circular rotational movements with a turn of the hand.
Step 5
Stand up straight with your hands down. With your hands, slide to the armpits and then bring them to their original position.
Step 6
Lower your arms along your torso. Iron with one hand with the other, wrapping it behind your back from the shoulder blade over the shoulder to the hand.
Step 7
Take a gymnastic stick with both hands, move the stick up and down parallel to the floor with different grips of the hand, make circular and rowing movements with it towards you and away from you.
Step 8
Move your hands behind your back, hold the stick at shoulder level and move up and down.
Step 9
Take a stick in one hand in the middle. Toss it from hand to hand, keeping your arms bent at the elbows.
