It is advisable to develop fingers afterwards under the supervision of the attending physician, but you can do this yourself. For this, there is a special therapeutic gymnastics, which can be perfectly performed at home.
It is necessary
Soft plasticine, wax, paraffin, clay
Instructions
Step 1
Begin to consistently spread and connect your fingers. Do it slowly at first, then more actively.
Step 2
Try to reach the tip of your thumb with each finger in turn. If it doesn't work out, it is imperative to make progress.
Step 3
Make circular movements with each finger separately, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
Step 4
Just snap your fingers. This exercise is also a fairly effective way to develop fingers after a fracture.
Step 5
Clench your fingers into a fist, and then sharply straighten them. This exercise can also be done in warm water (about 38 degrees): this will increase the load and give a positive effect from physiotherapy exercises.
Step 6
Bend your fingers in the middle and nail phalanges (make "claws"), and then straighten them. This should also be done actively and abruptly.
