Thin, slender calves are considered the ideal of female leg beauty. Unfortunately, some women are not so lucky, their caviar is a couple of centimeters thicker than it should be. It would seem a trifle, but it interferes with the integrity of the silhouette of the leg and complicates the process of selecting high shoes, for example, boots. But this is not a problem - there is a certain technique with which you can effectively lose three to four centimeters in calf circumference.

Step 1
First of all, organize and distribute your diet wisely over time. Remember that it is undesirable to eat after six, and if you really want to lose weight, then you should give up starchy and fatty foods, and also minimize the use of sweets. Prefer fruits, vegetables, and lean fish over these products.
Step 2
Work out in the gym with light weights or work out in fitness. The most important thing is not to use heavy weights, otherwise you risk gaining extra muscle mass. In order to shed muscle mass from the calves, all you need is a platform on which you can stand with your toes. Use it to work on it without weighing it down. Stand abruptly on your toes and drop down in the same way. Do this exercise at maximum speed.
Step 3
In case you cannot afford a gym due to lack of time, use a skipping rope. Do not wear shoes - this will put the greatest possible stress on your calves. Exercise two to three times a day to give your muscles time to recover, and you'll see them melt before our eyes.
