Get the ball pump that comes with the ball or sold separately. If you do not have such a pump, do not be upset, you can inflate a training ball with a regular bicycle pump. In case you will be using a bicycle pump, it is also important to stock up on a special ball needle.

Step 2

Read the instructions for using and preparing the ball for training. Remove the gymnastic ball from its packaging, unfold it and let it lie unfolded at room temperature for at least two hours. Remember, you should not think of the ball right away, bringing it home, as it can be damaged and, accordingly, it will not be suitable for training. At the same time, the gymnastic ball you spoiled will not be accepted back to the store, since it will not be a manufacturing defect, but your fault.

Step 3

Take the pump, insert the inflation needle. Take and pump 85% of the air into it. Remember, a gymnastic ball has a tendency to stretch over time, as it is made of a highly elastic material.

Step 4

Leave the ball in this state for 20-30 minutes. Pump it up after a while to the desired hardness. However, you should be aware that the gymnastic ball should be inflated depending on its maximum diameter, which is indicated on the package. Otherwise, the ball may burst.
