"Yoga" - "connection" - the connection between the soul and the body of the person practicing it. This is a comprehensive physical and spiritual development of the body. The formation of yoga as a practicing philosophy in India took place about six thousand years ago. It was based on understanding the meaning of the exercises performed to achieve maximum results.

With the spread of yoga in other countries, its true rules were pushed into the background. The essence of yoga was the maximum development of the flexibility of the human body, which was considered the height of skill.

The true philosophy of yoga is easy to grasp, despite the mistaken beliefs about its complexity. It combines Hinduism and Buddhism. The soul is an immortal component of the body, it is limitless, it does not have feelings. The body is mortal and is the vessel of the soul. The soul lives many lives in order to come to terms with eternal trials and sufferings, to merge with its beginning.

Yoga is diverse in its styles, but despite this, all of its types have one main meaning, like all religions of the world. Lack of attachment to the products of one's own work, boundless love for God, wisdom - these are the foundations of yoga. In the course of its development, it acquired two paths.

  • The first is the path of the hermit. This path implies giving up everything material and concentrating energy on self-development, in order to achieve maximum work of the mind. Which further leads to the end of the path and the soul leaves the body.
  • The second is the earthly path. To pass this path, you do not need to be away from the material part of the world. The development of spiritual forces is aimed at striving for living earthly life with the acquisition of maximum prosperity in everything.

Yoga will help all people find spiritual freedom, regardless of their religion and nationality. The goal of yoga is the peaceful coexistence of all people in the universe. Philosophy is understandable and easily accessible to everyone who wants to know it.

The essence of yoga is the refusal of a person from the selfish "I", the merging of the personality with everything that surrounds him. As a result, a person gains freedom and ends the vicious circle of trials of his soul, frees himself and becomes one with the infinite world. That is, it leaves the passing and gains the eternity of existence.
