If you are looking to start an adult class, find the one that suits you best. Sections for adults exist, for example, at sports clubs. Subsequently, you can even take part in special tournaments designed for people of mature age - they are called veteran competitions.

Before signing up for a section, visit a trial lesson. So you can take a closer look at the trainer's working methods, at the level of other students and understand how such loads suit you.
Step 4
Get a medical examination before starting class. It won't hurt, even if you haven't noticed any serious health problems before. Contraindications for wrestling can be cardiovascular diseases, as well as joint diseases and a number of other health disorders. It is best to ask your doctor what level of stress is acceptable in your case.
Step 5
Get a practice uniform. You will need special shoes - wrestling shoes, as well as tights and special shorts.
