- 200 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
- 50 ml of water.

Honey with lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey;
- 30 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- 50 ml of water.
Of course, honey can be consumed in other ways as well. It is very useful to add it as part of your breakfast. It can be added to porridge or cottage cheese, spread on cheese or bread.
