Often, those who go to the gym focus on one muscle group that they are pumping, while forgetting that the body must develop harmoniously. It is impossible to start the mechanism of muscle growth to the fullest, focusing on one thing. In order to evenly pump up all the muscles of the body, you must follow a number of simple rules.
It is necessary
- - a pen
- - a piece of paper
- - subscription to the gym
Instructions
Step 1
Organize your workouts. List all of your muscle groups that you need to work out. Objectively track their development and the need for them more or less intense training. Create a cycle of training days during which all muscle groups are worked out without exception. Remember, the optimal workout gap is one day.
Step 2
Do each exercise depending on what you want to do with a particular muscle group. The rule of thumb here is simple - if you do a lot of reps with medium weight, then you burn fat and increase endurance, and if you do medium number of reps with heavy weight, then you increase strength.
Step 3
Do the exercises without the help of other muscles and unnecessary movements. It must be remembered that each time you perform an exercise, you must strain the muscle group to which it is directed. Thus, the load will fall on exactly those muscles that you want, and not on others. This is necessary to fully work out each muscle group separately.
