Remember that there are a large number of substandard products on the sports nutrition market, or even just fakes. Therefore, choose products from well-known manufacturers - savings in this case are unacceptable, since we are talking about your healthier.

When choosing sports nutrition, be sure to check with your trainer. He will be able to recommend you really high quality products. If you train on your own, focus on sports nutrition made in Germany or the USA - it is in these countries that the highest quality products are produced. Unfortunately, Russian manufacturers, in most cases, cannot yet compete with foreign manufacturers.

Do not make sports nutrition main, it is an addition to your regular diet. But even simple food in the athlete's diet should contain the maximum amount of proteins necessary for building muscle, as well as fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
