It is useful to go in for sports, however, not everyone has the opportunity to visit gyms or sections. In some areas of our homeland, there are not even small sports clubs. There is only one way out - to create your own sports facility. What is needed for that? Desire and knowledge of laws.

Step 1
The process of creating a sports club can go in two directions: a) non-profit public organization; b) a commercial sports club. In the first case, when creating a sports club, be guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the "Federal Law on Non-Commercial Organizations" No. 7-FZ of January 12, 1996. Create a club on the voluntary initiative of citizens, which means that everyone who joined such an association has equal rights with the rest, and all decisions are made at general meetings. Any citizen who has submitted an application for admission can become a member of the club.
Step 2
Draw up incorporation documents and register them. The founders of the club can be initiative persons (at least 3) who organize a meeting of future members of the club. At the general meeting, a minutes decision is made on its creation, the charter of the club, the management team and the composition of the control and audit commission are elected. From that moment on, the sports club is considered to be created and begins its activities as a public organization.
Step 3
To register, within three months after the general meeting, you must collect and submit the following documents to the local justice authorities: a registration application signed by the club's leaders indicating their place of residence; sports club charter (2 copies); an extract from the minutes of the general meeting with a decision on the creation of the club and the selection of its governing bodies; a list of the founders of the club and information about them.
Step 4
Provide financial documents, a receipt for payment of the registration fee, information about the legal address of the club, and a seal as a separate package.
Step 5
Create a commercial sports club on the basis of a ready-made sports complex. In this case, register the sports club as a limited liability company in accordance with the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies" N 14-FZ dated 02/08/98).
Step 6
The founder of the company can be one person or several owners who have created the statutory fund. Collect a package of statutory documents, complete the entry of the owners' shares and collect the general meeting of founders, at which the charter of the LLC is adopted, the general director and chief accountant are appointed.
Step 7
For state registration of an LLC with the tax inspectorate at the place of residence, you must submit the following documents: LLC charter; minutes of the general meeting of founders; registration application, form P11001; a receipt for payment of the state duty.
