A set of exercises

Then clasp your fingers behind your back. Begin to raise your arms up, bringing your shoulder blades together. Hold at the point of maximum tension for 20 seconds and come back. Do 2-3 sets.

Sit down again and cross your legs in a Turkish fashion. Keep your arms straightened at the elbow joint above your head. As you inhale, start reaching for your fingers and the top of your head. Do not breathe for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.

Corrective corsets can be worn to consolidate the result. However, he cannot replace the exercises. Use it periodically together with the complex and soon you will be able to keep a straight posture no worse than the military.
