In order to start training successfully, you must have not only the desire, but also the ability. Strong desire must be combined with effort. It is very important to find not only a good gym, but also an experienced professional trainer who would help you create a training program, explain about permissible loads, and recommend a diet. Finding a room will not be difficult, because they are now in abundance. It is much more difficult to find a coach who cares not only about material, but also professional growth. To determine the competence of the trainer, ask him just one simple question: does he draw up an individual program for each ward or not. In the event that he relies only on recommendations from wall posters, you should not linger in such an institution.

The gym, however, may not be affordable. However, there is a way out: you can practice at home, it is quite possible. You just need to buy a small barbell (weighing up to 100 kg) and two dumbbells (better collapsible, allowing them to gain weight up to 50 kg). It will not be superfluous to take care of disks of different weights. It is best to keep each disc small. This is useful for adding load gradually, not abruptly. If possible, purchase a small bench and squat rack as well. The bench should be approximately 40 cm high, 28 cm wide and 1.5 m long. The things that have been listed are the minimum for successful and effective workouts at home.
Step 4
Before training, it is worth preparing the body for at least minimal physical activity. So, a couple of weeks before the start of serious classes, try to get in shape: run more, lead an active lifestyle. But do not go straight to running, start by walking at an accelerated pace, increase your speed gradually.
