Running is a great way to warm up in the morning. But to make sports more comfortable and effective, you need to choose the right clothes. Indeed, during a run, the body warms up very much, and you should dress accordingly.

Instructions

Step 1

For sports, the best material is not cotton fabrics at all, as many people think. They absorb moisture and retain it, thereby subjecting the body to cooling. Jerseys are preferred.

Step 2

Wear tight clothes for your morning warm-up to avoid the "greenhouse" effect. Whenever possible, choose the most open clothing so that the body can breathe freely. T-shirts, short-sleeved T-shirts and shorts are ideal.

Step 3

In cool weather, wear a lightweight jacket over the top. It will keep you warm and protected from the wind. If you don't have a dedicated blazer, use a regular windbreaker.

Step 4

When it comes to shoes, go for sneakers for running. They should be narrow, close-fitting to the foot, low and with grooved soles. To ease the rolling motion, pay attention to the outer heel of the shoe. It should be slightly beveled. Athletic shoes ideally have cushioning inserts near the heel. Wear wool socks in winter. If your feet get sweaty, they will absorb moisture well.

Step 5

For winter sports, dress warmly so you don't get sick. And although your body will warm up after a long run, and you may get hot, in no case do not take off your outerwear. Return from your run dressed as you left the house. After sweating, you can easily catch a cold due to the cold wind. Therefore, wear multiple blazers or jumpers and preferably with zippers. If you get hot during training, you can open the zipper at any second, and when you are cold - zip it.

Step 6

In winter, wear a thin knitted hat, fur earmuffs, or a woolen headband on your head to keep your ears free from frostbite.

Step 7

Thermal underwear and warm sweatpants are also suitable for jogging in cold weather. These clothes keep you warm and wick away sweat while keeping your body dry. Put on thin waterproof gloves on your hands.
