Instructions

Step 1

If you are good at jumping and can hit the ball with a strong and directional kick while jumping, a jump serve is fine for you. Despite the high speed of the ball, after this serve it will not be difficult for your opponent to catch the flying ball, thanks to its precise direction.

Step 2

For a successful shot, it is very important to toss the ball correctly - straight in front of you, directing it slightly forward and spinning the ball away from you.

Step 3

You can also use planning feed. If you master this type of serve perfectly, it will increase your team's chances of winning, since such a serve is not easy for the enemy to accept. Throw the ball up and hit it hard with your palm.

Step 4

The ball must not spin in flight. To use glide serve, step back a few meters from the endline and hit the ball in position. Striking the nipple directly will cause the ball to glide and will cause difficulties for the receiving player of the other team. If you hit the ball with the nipple to the left or right, the ball will glide left or right.

Step 5

The skill of short serve can give you a big advantage in the game. To do this, you need to turn the ball and direct it with the nipple forward. Serve the ball either on a high trajectory - you need to hit weaker and send the ball higher, or serve in the same way as described in the planning serve. With a short serve, the ball should not fly too high - it should fly over the net, practically touching it.

Step 6

It is best to direct the serve to the weakest player on the opposing team. The tallest player can be given short serves, and the lowest, on the contrary, deep serves. Move only forward and to the side - this will give you an advantage in the game. Moving forward rather than backward will better serve the ball.

Step 7

Do not take too much risk when serving - play calmly and measuredly, this will save you from the unexpected loss of a large number of points. Take your time to serve the ball. When serving, you need to keep within 8 seconds - use this time to evaluate the playing field, think over the strategy and the serve itself. Only in the last couple of seconds serve the ball - a pause has a beneficial effect on you and negatively affects the opponent.
