The final of the competition is held every four years, but it takes about a year and a half to hold the qualifying games. So it was with Euro 2012. The final matches of Euro 2012 will begin on June 8 - the first game will take place in Warsaw, and the last in Kiev. The tournament will be attended by 16 teams from different countries. From 2016 there will be more teams - their number will increase to 24.

The participating teams are divided into 4 groups. The determination of the group affiliation of each of them is determined by drawing lots. Group "A" includes countries such as Russia, Poland, Czech Republic and Greece. Group "B" consists of: Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal. "C" consists of Ireland, Spain, Croatia and Italy. Group "D" includes teams from France, Ukraine, England and Sweden.

The stadiums of Donetsk, Kiev, Poznan, Warsaw and several other cities were selected to host football matches of Euro 2012.

When selling tickets for matches, special security measures will be applied: you can purchase a ticket only upon presentation of your passport. Your surname and initials are indicated on the ticket. The ticket price can be up to 600 euros. In total, there are five categories of tickets - they differ depending on the level of comfort of the seats.
