Pull-ups on the horizontal bar and push-ups on the uneven bars can be performed in turn. That is, first, one approach - pull-ups, one set of push-ups.

These two exercises pump the muscles of the arms and trunk. If there is a need to use the legs, then jumps of various kinds are suitable.

This kind of workout should be done two to three times a week.
