"It would be a long time to go in for sports …" - you think, but you continue to spend your evenings watching TV and get upset with the increasing folds on your stomach. It must have been a long time ago, but here's how to convince yourself that this really needs to be done? Sometimes it can be very difficult to tear yourself away from your everyday life (or from the couch) and engage in your physical improvement. If you have a desire to go in for sports, but somehow everything does not work out to start, but the following tips are for you.
Instructions
Step 1
Convince yourself that you really need to exercise. You will always find excuses - there is no time, "I am already active enough", "sport is not for me, I am in great shape" and much, much more. All of these reservations are far-fetched, but as long as there is at least one, it will keep you from getting started. There are no people who do not need physical activity in order to maintain health and endurance. And you can carve out three hours a week for sure.
Step 2
Plan time for exercise. Get out your thick, scribbled diary and set aside a few specific hours for sports. Be sure to set aside separate hours for training, do not rely on the abstract "when the time will be", because you will definitely find something to do with this time later, for example, eating chips in front of the TV.
Step 3
Find yourself a partner. Better yet, a few like-minded people who will begin to study with you. You will constantly support and tease each other when someone wants to get lazy. Besides, being in a company is always more fun than alone.
Step 4
Choose the sport you like. Nobody wants to do what he doesn't like. Fortunately, now fitness clubs offer any sports program, so you can easily find something to your liking. Or maybe limit yourself to regular jogging in the fresh air. The main thing is that you enjoy it.
Step 5
Stop comparing yourself to others. If in the fitness room you saw someone with gorgeous cubes on the press and thought: "I will never succeed!", Then you really will not succeed. You are you, and it's up to you how things go.
Step 6
Stop weighing yourself every day. If you decide to lose weight through physical activity, then stop tracking your weight every day - it will not decrease so quickly, and you will be upset that you do not get the result. Carry out checkweighings once a week.
Step 7
Make it a rule to work off missed classes. If you missed a workout once and decided that it was okay, then you will miss the second and third, and, finally, completely abandon the sport.
Step 8
In fact, this step should be at the very beginning, but I would like to finish them. Set yourself a goal. What do you want to get from doing sports? Improve your figure? Improve health? Define your goal and go towards it.
