Almost every one of us was told how important it is to do morning exercises, whether it be parental advice or advice from fellow athletes, but for some reason this had little effect on many of us.
Instructions
Step 1
Buy a very expensive tracksuit. Give at least half of your salary for this suit.
Step 2
Hang this suit in your apartment so that when you get up in the morning, the first thing you look at is your new expensive tracksuit. This will cause in your mind thoughts like “Well, it's not in vain that so much money was given for it!”.
Step 3
Give yourself ultimatums. For example, put this: "If I don't get up this minute and start doing exercises, then today I won't eat all day." In contrast, come up with something that is important to you. This is if you can easily hold on without food.
Step 4
Look for inspiration, motivation to do your morning exercises regularly. Read articles on authoritative sources about the benefits of morning exercises.
Step 5
Get into the habit of exercising. To do this, get some old Soviet intrusive alarm clock, or even better, set an alarm clock on your mobile phone or computer, and set your most unloved song as a ringtone. If you have chosen a mobile phone or alarm clock, then put it away from you so that you have to get up in order to finally turn it off.
Step 6
You got up - that's half the battle, you saw a suit for which you paid half your salary - another incentive factor, concluded an ultimatum with yourself - there is no longer any point in refusing to charge. So do it!
Step 7
At first, you can do exercises like a robot - famous doctors talk about this, other famous people do it, and so on, while your enthusiasm can naturally disappear. But this will only be so until you begin to feel the benefits and see the results of the exercises. In the meantime, fork out, conclude an ultimatum with yourself and do your exercises, grumbling that everyone is still asleep at this time.
