Exercising the body requires willpower and dedication. Not everyone is able to overcome laziness and force themselves to work hard. A beautiful and well-trained body is rewarded for their efforts by those people who managed to cope with weakness and did not give up before the first difficulties.
Instructions
Step 1
For a comprehensive training of the body, attention must be paid to the development of all physical qualities - strength, flexibility, agility, endurance and speed. Some physical qualities will prevail in your preparation, and some will lag behind. The predisposition to the development of physical abilities is genetically inherent in a person. Some are better at developing strength and speed, while others are better at endurance. Use tests to determine what you do best and prioritize the sports and exercise that works best for you.
Step 2
Make a training plan and decide on which days you will develop the required physical qualities. You shouldn't train strength and endurance in one day. Exercises for the development of strength and flexibility, agility and speed are well combined in one lesson. Speed and agility are easier to train in the first part of the session. Against the background of fatigue, one can develop strength and speed endurance, passive flexibility. Your lesson plan may be: Monday, Wednesday - strength and flexibility training, Tuesday, Thursday - agility and speed, Friday - endurance development.
Step 3
Want to have big, prominent muscles? Then you should focus on sports such as powerlifting, weightlifting and bodybuilding. They will help increase body weight, volume, and muscle strength. Weightlifting is especially effective for training the body. Sharp, explosive movements place serious demands on the human body. In weightlifting, along with strength, speed, agility, flexibility of the shoulder girdle and legs are trained.
Step 4
Almost all types of training include martial arts: karate, kickboxing, hand-to-hand fighting, wushu sanda and others. In martial arts, not only the body is trained, but also the spirit. The body becomes less sensitive to pain, and the spirit becomes more resilient and focused on overcoming difficulties, both in sports and in everyday life.
