Yoga theory says that the centers of our body are responsible for certain manifestations. It is believed that in a living being, which in its development is at the human level, the tactile center is the most serious center that allows us to feel everything that surrounds us.

If we want to take a step forward in our self-knowledge, then it is very important to develop this center. Nyasa Yoga does just that.

If you do not develop this center, then there will be a bias towards our emotional and intellectual manifestations, and this will be followed by problems in life. And if everything is in harmony, then we will more easily find the optimal path in our life.

In connection with all of the above, it is believed that nature for our development came up with crush, traffic jams and all those places where a person is forced to cuddle up to a person. If you do not want to get into situations where we are forced to develop the heart center, then use the methods that yoga gives us.

For example, this method is the meditation "May all living beings be happy", by practicing which we learn to feel the living beings around us. By doing this, we begin to rid ourselves of situations where we have to be close to others in the physical sense.
