Instructions
Step 1
Spread out the rug. Move to the wall, place your hands, palms down, at shoulder distance. Rest your feet against the wall, without bending your legs, spring. The exercise should be repeated 10 times in 3 rounds. Only 30 times. This will give your legs strength and elasticity.
Step 2
Take a starting position. Move to the wall, lift your legs straight up. Keep your hands on your stomach. Now take one leg alternately, first to one side, then the other to the other side. Don't take your feet off the wall. Repeat this exercise 20 times.
Step 3
Return to the starting position from the second step. Now keep your legs straight against the wall. Raise one hand and reach for your toes. Repeat 10 times in 2 rounds.
Step 4
Place one foot against the wall. Keeping your torso in place, take one leg behind your head. Try to reach the floor. Repeat 5 times in 2 rounds.
Step 5
Raise your torso a little, rest one foot against the wall. Bend your free leg at an angle of 45 degrees and place it on the one with which you rested against the wall. You need to stay in this position for 3 minutes.
