When jumping, land on your toes. Otherwise, you will receive a direct blow to the knee joint. At the same time, the knee bend should be approximately equal to 90 degrees. In no case should you jump on straight legs.

Don't jump into a full squat either. So you will transfer all the load to the ligaments that can break. In addition, excessive stress on the menisci and bone cartilage leads to arthrosis. Squatting fully, you direct the momentum down, and it must be fed forward.

Step 5

Roll on soft tissues, starting from the shoulder tangentially and ending with the hip joint opposite. At the end of the somersault, you will come to a position that resembles a low start - hands in front of you, landing on your haunches.

With your forearm and then your shoulder, touch the ground completely and gradually, rather than hitting first one corner and then the second.

When rolling, do not forget about twisting the body as well. It sets a safe roll path that goes around the spine. First, go to the entire outer thigh, and only then go to the low start position. Then you won't get hit by a feline.

Step 8

When exiting the roll, stand on your toes to avoid injury. The main thing is to try not to spread your legs. If you bend one leg a little earlier, then the entire load will be transferred when twisting to it. The legs should come out evenly, the angle at the knees should not be more than 90 degrees.

Step 9

When performing a roll, put your hands to the sides, then your body will turn, and you will not roll along the spine.
