The back flip is, without a doubt, a very effective trick. It seems that only professional gymnasts and acrobats can do it, but in fact there is nothing difficult in its implementation. Of course, to learn this trick, you have to practice, but you can master this somersault pretty quickly, moreover, it is considered the easiest among all types of somersaults. If you decide to learn this jump, follow the instructions below.
Instructions
Step 1
Before each workout, do exercises to prepare for the main part. Exercise 1:
Get into a half-squat position. Jump up, straightening the whole body, stretch your arms up. Exercise 2:
Jump and group - try to bring your knees to your shoulders.
Step 2
Stand with your feet on the floor. Raise your arms above your head.
Step 3
Bend your knees. Do not bend them too much, the main thing is to be able to push off well in this position. Bent legs will be enough. Bring your arms down, pull them back a little so that you can swing more comfortably. Always help yourself with your hands when pushing.
Step 4
Stand up on your toes. Strongly push off the floor with your feet, make a sharp swing with your hands. After you have pushed off, lift your head and pull it back.
Step 5
After you push off and swing your arms, stretch out as high as possible. But don't overdo it - you might just end up with a high jump.
Step 6
Once you've pushed off, start grouping up and doing a back twist. When performing somersaults, keep your head constantly in the same position - thrown back. Do not press your chin to your knees, because of this, your flight speed will decrease, you will not twist the somersault and you may fall and get injured. While performing a pirouette, you are unlikely to break your neck, but falling on your head and getting a concussion is quite possible.
Step 7
The moment your body is parallel to the floor, start ungrouping.
Step 8
To land properly, bend your knees slightly. Land on your toes. If you don't bend your legs, you will almost certainly get a knee injury, or even break your leg altogether. If you land on your toes, you can injure your feet or ankle joints.
Step 9
And remember, the main thing is training. Do not forget that the first time when training, be sure to use mats or a trampoline.
