Many prophesy to their child the career of a great master, completely forgetting about the individuality of a small personality. But each sport sets its own framework: physique, flexibility, character, emotional attitude and much more. And, of course, the earlier you start classes, the better. The most suitable age for starting a sports career is three to four years. It all depends on the chosen direction.

And here is the first long-awaited workout. And then an intense pursuit of those same awards. And, quite possibly, the child likes everything and is happy with it. Then it remains only to carefully observe his well-being, not to forget about rest and proper nutrition.

But it also happens in another way. Today's ecology has a detrimental effect on the health of both adults and children. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and other temptations of the twenty-first century are not conducive to the appearance of healthy offspring from parents whose lifestyle is far from ideal. Lowered immunity, weakened muscle mass and other indicators of lowering the health category are quite often companions of a modern person and affect the health of children.

And now the young athlete is already capricious, does not want to go to school, kindergarten, to training. He sleeps on the move, unassembled, he constantly does not like something. And here it is worth thinking about the correctness of the parental choice. After all, the kid is just tired.

Perhaps it makes sense to pay attention to sections with a more suitable schedule and sparing load? A soft schedule will not allow you to get very tired, regular training will temper your character, your muscles will get stronger, and your baby's development will acquire new horizons. But there will be no tough competition, exhausting physical activity aimed at achieving a result, but taking away such an important time at this age for games, friends, new knowledge.

There is always a choice. The kid will definitely show talent. And only after listening, parents will make the right decision!
