You have to get up earlier in order to tidy yourself up and have breakfast. If training becomes the same obligatory habit, an indispensable ritual, there will always be time for it. You can get up an hour earlier, use your lunch break, set aside time in the evenings. The ideal time is in the morning, in the evening it is more difficult to force yourself, but it is easier to find the reasons why you are not in time today.

Thirdly, it is not necessary to practice for 1, 5-2 hours. The main thing in sports is regularity. Much more benefit will bring weekly workouts without skipping for 20-30 minutes than two-hour torture of your body in the gym, but from time to time. Try to shorten your class time as much as possible. To save time, exercise at home or on a nearby sports field, no need to waste time traveling to a fitness club. Master high-intensity interval training, in which complex exercises are done at a fast pace with short breaks.
