To organize and hold a volleyball championship of any level, you will need to determine in advance the ultimate goals of this event so as not to experience a lack of funding.

Step 1
Decide for what purpose you will organize the championship. Perhaps you want to involve young people in sports. Or to strengthen the corporate spirit of your company. Or you and your team want to go to a higher amateur level in the future.
Step 2
It is possible that your private company already has sufficient funds to host the championship. Then you just need to contact one of the influential companies involved in organizing sports events. All the troubles of organizing the event will be taken over by the company's employees.
Step 3
If you decide to hold the championship on your own initiative or you do not have enough funds, first contact the department of sports, tourism and youth policy of your region or city with a proposal to organize it. But even if the administration issues permission to hold the championship, you will have to decide all other issues yourself.
Step 4
Decide which influential coaches and athletes will be judged. Enter into agreements with them for their services and draw up with them (and taking into account their employment) a schedule for holding volleyball competitions. Check the list of commands. Try to invite a volleyball star, at least on a national scale, to the future championship.
Step 5
Explore the volleyball halls available in your city and choose the level that suits you. Ask the Department or the owners of the halls to find out how realistic it is to hold the championship at these venues within the time frame you have planned. Agree on these terms at all levels and make an advance payment for the rental of the premises.
Step 6
Seek help from potential sponsors of the event. Anyone can act as them - from a reputable bank to a well-known store. The main thing is that you place their advertisements at the championship venue. In addition, during it you can organize the sale of goods produced or sold by sponsors. It is possible that the players of some teams (or your team) will not mind if they have the logo of one of the companies funding the event on their kits.
Step 7
Publish information about the future championship in the media (or negotiate information sponsorship with them). Book tickets, if you do not plan to make the entrance to the championship free, and arrange for their sale.
