- lie on your stomach, put your hands with your palms under your head. Lift your right leg back and up, then take it to the right. Return to starting position. Do the same for the left leg. Do not bend in the lower back;
- Lie on your left side, the head rests on the bent left elbow, the right one rests in front of you. Raise your straightened right leg up, lower it down, then pull it back and return to the starting position. Do the same with the other leg.
Step 3
In addition to traditional exercises, you can remove your hips with yoga, Pilates, body flex. By the way, bodyflex is a very effective way to get rid of extra pounds without dieting (the main thing is to breathe correctly while performing all the same exercises). Only 30 minutes are spent on classes per day.
Step 4
Do not be lazy to walk with your baby for two hours a day. Regular walking will only make your hips look slimmer.
Step 5
Combine physical exercises with water procedures: swimming, contrast shower. It is useful to rub the problem area of the thighs for 15-20 minutes while taking a bath with a special washcloth, and then rinse them with cool water. The effect is improved if you use a massage shower.
Step 6
Well, proper nutrition is the basis of beautiful thighs. Do not overload your menu with fatty, fried, sweet, baked goods (especially if you are breastfeeding your baby).
