Boxing helps to keep fit, train several muscle groups at once, as well as develop and strengthen the cardio system. With the help of boxing, you can easily relieve stress, have a good time and can constantly keep your muscles in good shape. You don't have to go to the gym for regular workouts - if you want, you can make a homemade punching bag so that you can train at home at any time.
Instructions
Step 1
To make a punching bag, use a cylindrical gym bag, scissors, empty trash bags, polyurethane foam mats, sand, and old unwanted clothing. The bag should be made of dense and impervious fabric.
Step 2
Set the bag upright and line the inside with sheets of thick polyurethane foam. Lay a circle cut from the same material at the bottom of the bag, and also cut out a second circle with which you will close the future pear after filling it. Pour sand into a tight garbage bag and tie the bag well.
Step 3
The amount of sand in the bag, which is required to weight the pear, is determined individually. If necessary, sand can be added, increasing the weight of the pear later. For strength, wrap the sandbag with a few more plastic bags and tie.
Step 4
Place the prepared sand bag at the bottom of the bag, and fill the remaining space with old clothes and pieces of polyurethane foam. Stuff the bag with fabric as tightly as possible to eliminate voids and dips.
Step 5
After tamping the fabric and PU foam completely, cover the padding with a second circle of padding, then close the top flap of the bag and tighten so that the bag does not come loose or open. Hang it on the hook and start exercising.
Step 6
The bag hook should be attached to any post that allows the bag to hang freely in an upright position, giving you freedom to hit, but the hook must not be attached to the ceiling to avoid collapsing structures.
