The best solution on this issue would, of course, be to enroll in the wrestling or mixed fight section, but if you seriously decided to do this type of fight on your own, then not just roll up your sleeves, but rather rip them out.
Instructions
Step 1
Understand the philosophy of wrestling. Each type of combat has its own philosophy, and you can learn it from experienced fighters and trainers. If you have such acquaintances, that's great, ask them for help. If there are no such people in your circle of acquaintances, then contact a mixed fight coach for clarification, since this type is the closest to wrestling.
Step 2
Sign up for a gym - you need to build muscle and increase strength, as you will simply need it when performing throws. To improve the effectiveness of your workouts, and your goal is to gain mass and get stronger, check with your trainer, as well as your doctor, about whether and how best to use supplements such as protein or creatine.
Step 3
Buy or make your own punching bag at home. Read the recommendations on the technique of setting fists, on how to properly distribute your weight when striking, so that they are as strong and effective as possible. Practice different types of punches every day, such as a jab (a direct punch with the hand closest to the opponent), a hook (a side punch), an uppercut (a bottom punch), and others.
Step 4
Get into stretching and flexibility. You don't have to get super plastic or be able to do splits, but you will need some level of flexibility and stretching. This will reduce the likelihood of injury, and also allow you to more easily carry out certain throws.
Step 5
Buy or download wrestler fights on the Internet. Watch this video from the point of view of the analysis of the battle, the movements of the fighters. Observe carefully what punches and throws the fighters use, how they distribute their weight during the strike. At the same time, do not lose sight of the defensive actions of the fighters - how they block the blows, how they get away from them, and how they counterattack the opponent.
