Hand wrestling (arm wrestling), quite spreading, fun among men. In order to achieve victory, you do not need to have huge, pumped up arms. There are several exercises, performing which, in a short time, you can significantly increase your strength, while not spending a lot of time.

To begin with, let's pay attention to the fighting technique. Perhaps, many do not know, but it takes place in arm-sports. We will not dwell on this issue and leave it for professionals, but there are several principles that an amateur needs to know.

And so, the most important thing in the process of struggle is not to let go of the hand from the shoulder. The further the brush goes, the more difficult it is to fight.

The second important point. The brush must be kept exclusively straight, and if bent, then only inward.

Now let's move on to strengthening the required muscles. From the beginning, we warm up the muscles of the arms. Any exercise will do. Five minutes should be enough. Next, the main part of the workout. One of the most powerful exercises in this sport is hanging on a horizontal bar. You need to pull up and stay in this position for the maximum amount of time. The exercise is performed in several approaches. Pull-ups can be used as a first approach.

If it turns out to hang for more than 30 seconds, then you can complicate the exercise and try to hang on one hand. However, as practice shows, many are not able to sag even for a few seconds even on both hands. In this case, you should start with elementary pull-ups and only after a while move on to hanging.

As for the hands, a manual expander will help to strengthen the ligaments and tendons. You can resort to it after hanging or in general at any free time. To train the hand with an expander, you can not only squeeze and unclench it, but also hold it in a crumpled form for the maximum amount of time.

Thus, the workout lasts literally 20 minutes. It should be carried out at the initial stage several times a week. The result will not be long in coming. After a month of vigorous exercise, your arm muscles will become stronger and stronger. Victory in hand-wrestling is guaranteed!
