The main function of motorcycle equipment is protective, and an attractive appearance is already in second place. Of course, everyone wants to look beautiful, so it is recommended that you first select the most high-quality and durable things and choose the most attractive from them.

Instructions
Step 1
The helmet is the most important piece of equipment. Helmets are of four types: integral - completely covers the head and chin of the motorcyclist, of the moving parts only a visor shield provides the best protection; modular - his chin protection folds back together with the visor, so there is a danger of opening the helmet on impact; cross - also an integral, but with an additional visor against dust and without a visor shield, since it is used with goggles; open helmet - has no chin protection at all, therefore provides weak protection and is usually used by scooters.
Step 2
Moto gloves. The second most important element of protection, since a person instinctively tries to cushion himself with his hands when falling. Gloves are made of genuine leather, artificial leather and fabric. The best (but also the most expensive) are leather. They are durable and hands do not sweat in them. If you don't have enough money for leather, then it is better to buy textile ones, because hands will be constantly worn in artificial leather gloves. Remember that in addition to the very material from which the gloves are made, hand protection is also provided by sewn-in shields, both hard (plastic, carbon) and soft. Be sure to pay attention to the size - any item of equipment should be exactly in size, and the sleeves should not fall out of the sockets of the gloves.
Step 3
The choice of a motorcycle jacket should be approached from this position: the more shields and the tighter it sits, the better. There must be a shield to protect the back. It is advisable that the motorcycle jacket should be fastened to the pants, otherwise the appearance will be unaesthetic and at high speeds you can blow your back. To do this, it is better to select things from one manufacturer - the zipper will be of the same size and will fasten without problems.
Step 4
The same requirements apply to motorcycle pants as to a jacket - more shin guards and a tight fit. But at the same time, the pants should leave you the opportunity to move normally, so walk in them during fitting and try to sit down.
Step 5
Knee and elbow pads are very useful, but when worn over normal clothing can give a false sense of security. Be sure to only use them with your basic motorcycle gear. Requirements for knee pads and elbow pads: they must be made of durable, but a little viscous plastic, there must be a soft pad on the inside of the cup, they must be attached securely and not slide off.
Step 6
Motorcycle boots must be with high tops and reinforced with shields. In no case is lacing allowed - only zippers and Velcro. Pants should be tucked in without any problem.
