Football team training is a routine process. But it is integral to improving the performance of the match. The coach must effectively plan and conduct competent training to improve progress in games.
Instructions
Step 1
Ask the players prior to training if any of them have been injured or injured. If someone answers yes, invite the athlete to see a doctor. Even if in doubt, make sure that he never takes part in the training. The medical team must accurately determine the nature and severity of the injury. This is a very serious matter, since a recurrence of injury can occur, and the athlete will fall out of action for a long time.
Step 2
Tell the players to walk slowly for a while and then sharply order them to increase the pace. Do this so that they accelerate in the same second. Finally, ask them to do a light jog. Finish this part of your workout in 10 minutes.
Step 3
Have the players stretch all major muscle groups. The most important sections: the calf, hamstrings, groin and quadriceps muscles of the thigh. Also, make sure that they stretch the whole body well. This important part of the preparation should not take more than 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Give players a few minutes after stretching. Let the players do their personal exercises or complexes.
Step 5
Instruct the players to run faster than at the beginning of the session. Give a command to accelerate every 30 seconds. Make sure that it lasts no more than 5 seconds. Do this type of work for 10 minutes until the players feel tired.
Step 6
Give the players the ball for the next part of the workout. Organize this so that one group of players makes a living circle, and several of them stand inside it. The goal for those players who form a circle is to hold the ball. The group within him must try to intercept him. Thus, all players will play 2 roles. Allow 15 minutes for this part of the training.
Step 7
Do a debriefing at the end of your workout. Point out the moments to the players that are worth tightening up. Praise those who have done well. Cool down with a light jog.
