Physical education is one of the most important school subjects. If other subjects develop the mental activity of students, then physical culture is responsible for the development of the body. Some novice teachers cannot decide on the correctness of conducting physical education classes. If you are also one of them, you will be interested in the article below.

Instructions

Step 1

Start the lesson with construction and organizational questions. The teacher must maintain discipline in the classroom, therefore, the construction and delivery of the report should not be considered a formality.

Step 2

Start with a warm-up. This is a mandatory element of training for every athlete and a prerequisite

sports training. Warm-up can be divided into two parts. In the first part, we pursue the goal - to warm up the body, in general. Smooth running, limbs, torso, bending workouts are suitable here. The second part of the warm-up is to prepare breathing and blood circulation. In this part, you can do acceleration, jerking, more intense exercises.

Step 3

Move on to the main part. Here the teacher must already work with the students, show some new technique, for example, you can teach children to run from a low start. This exercise is suitable for both boys and girls. In addition to viewing the technique from the outside, students should try out the new technique. They should also run a short distance from a low start. If someone does not succeed in doing the exercise correctly, you should immediately work on the mistakes, if time permits.

Step 4

Move on to general physical fitness. For boys, push-ups and a torso lift while lying on your back are suitable. For girls, jumping rope is more suitable instead of push-ups, but lifting the torso will be useful for them as well.

Step 5

Summarize. Usually at the end of the lesson, the teacher lines up the students and summarizes the work done. If required, the teacher should give homework before dismissing the students.
