The pool is a public place where many people are swimming, therefore general rules must be followed when visiting. By following certain requirements, you will not only demonstrate to everyone your neatness and accuracy, but also ensure your own safety.
It is necessary
- - hat;
- - swimsuit;
- - slates or beach slippers;
- - soap or shower gel;
- - towel.
Instructions
Step 1
Before visiting the pool, undergo a medical examination to protect others and yourself from possible diseases. If there is no full-time nurse in the institution, independently inspect all the skin, whether there are any signs of fungus, lichen, purulent wounds, etc. In addition, visiting the pool is prohibited for the following diseases: chronic diseases in the acute stage, infectious diseases, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, tuberculosis, epilepsy, heart disease, venereal and some other diseases.
Step 2
Eat at least 30-45 minutes before class. Please note that no food or drink is allowed in the pool. Never drink alcoholic beverages before visiting.
Step 3
Take a shower and wash yourself thoroughly before starting your session. To do this, you can use the shower gel or soap you brought with you. Please note that in many pools it is forbidden to bring detergents in glassware. In addition, you do not need to use creams and strong perfume aromas.
Step 4
Put on your beanie and swimsuit. If you shave your head baldly or there are not very strict rules in your pool, you may be allowed to swim without a cap, check with the instructor. Flip-flops or beach slippers must be worn on your feet.
Step 5
Tell the instructor if you can swim. Enter and exit the water only at his command. Try to behave yourself in the pool - do not pollute the water, do not run, do not jump from the side into the water. Even if you are good at diving, do not stay underwater for long.
Step 6
Swim only along the paths, keeping to the right as much as possible. If a faster swimmer is following, give him a chance to overtake yourself. As a rule, faster swimmers train on the center lanes, so if you do not consider yourself an athlete just stick to the outer lanes.
Step 7
If you feel chills, get out of the water and rub yourself with a dry towel. In case of convulsions, be sure to call for help.
Step 8
After the end of the classes and the instructor's command, leave the pool, put the sports equipment in place and take a shower.
