Keep in mind that the higher you raise your head, the more difficult it will be for you to swim. Therefore, the head must be at least half submerged in water. In order not to gulp in water, there are some tips. First, breathe in through your mouth at a time when during the next stroke (if you are crawling) your head will be turned to the side. Then breathe out through your nose into the water. If you follow this recommendation, the risk of water entering the lungs will be almost eliminated.
