Full hands spoil the appearance. You can get rid of excess fat on your hands by exercising daily physical activity on your muscles with the help of certain exercises. If your arm muscles are unable to handle a heavy load in one go, reduce it significantly, and gradually increase it with each session. Muscles will strengthen over time, fat will begin to go away, and you will be able to wear clothes that open your arms.
Instructions
Step 1
Sit in a Turkish position, fold your palms at chest level, keep your back straight. With an exhalation, press your palms against each other and hold the tension for 5 seconds. While inhaling, relax your arms for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times.
Step 2
Lie on your stomach, place your palms under your shoulders, rest your toes on the floor. As you inhale, raise yourself fully, holding only on your hands and feet. Extend your entire body in a straight line. Hold the pose for 20 seconds. Then lift your right leg off the floor and hold this position for 10 seconds. Return to the plank position and lift your left leg up for the same amount of time. Hold the plank pose for another 20 seconds, leaning on your hands and toes, then, with an exhalation, lower yourself to the floor and relax.
Step 3
Sit on the floor with your legs straightened, palms near your hips. As you inhale, bend your knees, lift your body completely off the floor, push the body up as much as possible. Your posture should resemble a table: the legs and arms are perpendicular to the floor, the body is parallel to the surface. Hold the pose for 2 to 5 minutes. With an exhalation, return to the starting position.
Step 4
Sit on your right thigh, place the hand of the same name on the floor near the buttock, with the left hold the surface in front of you. While inhaling, push off the floor with both hands, lift your hips up. Extend your entire body in a straight line. Your weight will be distributed between the foot of your right foot and the hand of the same name. Place your left palm on your belt. Try to hold the pose for 10 to 15 seconds. With an exhalation, return to the starting position and repeat the exercise on the other hand.
