Thirdly, the notorious motivation, which is often so lacking. Imagine that you, tired after a hard day's work, returned home. And there a devoted refrigerator, an alluring computer and a favorite sofa are already waiting for you. Not everyone has the willpower to put on a workout disc and work hard.
But do not forget about the golden words "there would be a desire …". If you really need to play sports, then you will definitely succeed.
The advantages are no less obvious: there is no need after work at breakneck speed to run to the gym or to training, laying out hard-earned money for each lesson. I came home, played sports for an hour - and that's it, I'm free.
Now in online stores (and in ordinary stores too), you will find just a sea of poured out a variety of programs for practicing at home. Yoga? Take your pick, of course. Aerobics? Please, here's a selection of dozens of great videos. Latin American dances? And this can be found without much difficulty.
And also self-study is a reason for pride: you carve out time between work and household chores, and devote it not to lying on the sofa, but to self-improvement.
Consider the great importance of warm-up and cool down, listen to your feelings during the lesson. Do not overpower yourself, do not work through pain and tears, however, you do not need to feel sorry for yourself either.
And, probably, the most important thing is to find the very program that suits you in all respects, from pleasure to results. Dare, look, try.
