The impact shaping technique depends on the speed multiplied by the mass. The most effective and strongest strokes are those that come from the hand. They begin their movement from the fingers of the hand, which are thrown right on target with a whipping motion. All the strength and rigidity goes into the beating limb.
Instructions
Step 1
One of the most effective ways to train such blows is to consistently and clearly beat on a towel or any other free-hanging fabric. Strike the surface, barely touching, then immediately return your hand to its original position. Perform single throws, as well as series. Try to produce both those and others with maximum force.
Step 2
Add new practice exercises, keeping all the previous ones. Apply the same principle for punches, wrist strikes, and elbow strikes. After sharpening the blow on the surface of the towel, continue to perform it on the next layer of fabric. Remember to work out the failed throws. So, step by step, you can hone this technique in 2 months of intense training.
Step 3
Then you can move on to hitting sports paws and bags, observing the same technique. Give your fist more strength with a jerk by moving your hand forward. Squeeze your fingers just before touching the target. Practice this hit from two positions: bending one knee to hit the bottom of the target, and lifting up on the front of your feet to hit the top zone.
Step 4
Learn to control hand movements. To do this, stand in front of the target, upon hitting which there will be a touch. Perform the same biting motion with your hand, but stopping it a centimeter from the target. The blow must be precise so that it does not upset the balance when it is applied. When you can accurately practice this throw from any position, it will be difficult for the opponent to block your blows.
