It is necessary

  • - football field;
  • - equipment;
  • - soccer ball.

Instructions

Step 1

There are eleven people on the field from each team, including the goalkeepers. The goal of the game is to score as many goals as possible into the opponent's goal, observing the rules. It is unacceptable to touch the ball with your hand; if this rule is violated, a penalty kick is awarded in your own penalty area (free kick from a distance of 11 meters). If a player touches the ball elsewhere on the field of play, a direct free kick is awarded.

Step 2

Each team player performs the functions assigned to him. The attacker's task is to hit the opponent's goal. The midfielder (midfielder) is between offense and defense, his task is to help the players offensive and defensive. In many situations, the midfielder himself can attack the opponent's goal. The defenders sit between the goalkeeper and the midfielders and form the main line of defense. At the last line is the goalkeeper defending the goal of his team.

Step 3

The coach can choose a different arrangement of players on the field, varying the number of attackers, midfielders and defense. It depends both on the strength of the opponent and on the peculiarities of the team's play. Some play a pronounced attacking football, others build a strong defense and try to hit the opponent's goal in counterattacks.

Step 4

The match lasts two halves of 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break. Before the start of the first half, by drawing lots (tossing a coin), the ownership of the goal and the right to start the game are determined first. After the break, the teams change goals.

Step 5

Obey the football rules. For gross violations - for example, a tackle from behind, you will receive a warning - a yellow card. After the second yellow card, a red one will follow, and you will be removed from the field. The team will remain with ten men. You can get a red card right away for a very rough foul, deliberate blow of an opponent, etc.

Step 6

Remember that when playing football, it is the collective combination game of the whole team that is important. You have the right to take over the game, but only in cases where it is beneficial to the team. By “overexposing” the ball, getting carried away with individual play, you deprive your partners of the opportunity to score a goal. It is combination play with fast passes and good movement on the pitch that gives the best results.

Step 7

Learn to interact with the players on your team. When passing the pass, try to do it on time and as conveniently as possible for your partner. When the pass can be given to you, take the correct position in advance, open up - that is, go away from the tutelage of your opponents. Opening up on time is very important for strikers and midfielders. When playing in defense, try to anticipate the actions of the players of the other team and block in advance possible ways of penetration to the goal.

Step 8

Practice technical actions in training: movements with the ball, passes, shots on goal. Study tactics, since it is the correct tactical actions, understanding of the course of the game that allow you to achieve victory. Moral and volitional qualities are of great importance. Even if the team loses with a large score and there are practically no chances to save the match, it is important to play to the end with full dedication.
