Step 1
• For training in the fitness room, you need separate shoes, in which you do not walk on the streets;
• During training and classes, you need to turn off the phone so as not to distract the attention of the trainer and the trainees;
• When meeting in the gym with familiar people, postpone communication with them until the end of the training;
Step 2
• To prevent your body from emitting unpleasant odors when heated by training, take a shower before training;
• Do not use perfume and eau de toilette before training, only deodorant is possible;
• It is unacceptable to eat in the hall, only bottled water is allowed;
• Do not demonstrate your superiority over newcomers;
Step 3
• Do not be late for training as you will not be admitted. The instructor cannot allow a person to train without a warm-up. In addition, all classes are strictly scheduled and the coach will not wait for latecomers, but will begin a warm-up;
• Do not strive to take yourself a permanent place and closer to the instructor, places in the hall are not assigned to anyone;
• Do not interrupt your workout without reason, as an abrupt stop can be harmful to your health and, moreover, disrupt the rhythm of those around you.
