Step 1
Find a suitable location for your homemade exercise machine. There may not be enough space for him in the apartment, but the summer cottage will be an excellent way out.

Gather the required materials. You will need slats, planed boards, bars, round timber and waterproof plywood. In addition, you will need bolts with nuts, washers, galvanized corners. Also prepare material for the bags in which you will put the load.
Step 3
Set the dimensions of the blanks. Make 2 side frames from 1600x550 mm planed boards - the basis for the future trainer. Assemble the horizontal section into a sturdy bench. Connect the parts using a half-wood felling, glue the surfaces and fasten the structure with bolts. Assemble the vertical frame and connect to the horizontal base. Fasten the frame with metal corners.
Step 4
Install a leg workout device. It is a pendulum with a transverse bar attached to the frame by hinges. By raising and lowering the device, you will train your leg muscles.
Step 5
Attach the cables to the vertical part of the projectile and hang the load. Use bags of sand or gravel made from canvas or tarpaulin as cargo. Tie the handle loops. When lifting a load from a prone position on a bench, the muscles of the arms and back are strengthened.
Step 6
Prime the wood pieces and paint them. Make foam covers on the round bars of the leg trainer so you don't rub your legs during your workout. On a horizontal base, also make a cover or put a sports mat so that it is comfortable to practice while lying down.
Step 7
