Metabolism isn't just important for athletes. If your metabolism is intensive, you will be able to maintain a light weight and eat well. But figuring out how to improve your metabolism won't work without effort.
Necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Exercise is a must for improving your metabolism. You can often meet thin people who claim that they do not exercise, but do not get fat. Perhaps they have developed some kind of disease, or maybe they are lucky ones with the correct metabolism, or metabolism. In order for it to change, you need to choose cardio loads. Exercise intensely, do not forget about regular jogging. Find the right aerobics workout.
Step 2
Meals should be fractional. Remove foods you are used to. Divide meals - there should be at least 5 of them per day. Don't add salt and sugar, and cut back on coffee. It may not be a healthy (vegetable-based) diet for you, but a nutritious diet. In the latter case, you will need to change the cooking method. If you have fried meat before, replace it with steamed one.
Step 3
Find a way to be outdoors more often. Play available sports. A little cardio workout on the river bank in the early morning will help you replenish the oxygen deficiency, which helps to improve your metabolism.
