Protein - harm or benefit?

Protein is nothing more than a regular, ready-to-digest protein that is essential for muscle building. When a person goes in for sports intensively, and an insufficient amount of protein enters the body, muscle fibers cannot recover 100%. The daily protein intake for a person is 2 grams per kilogram of body. But to eat so many protein foods, you need to eat at least 6 times a day. It is not always convenient, and you need a lot of money for this. Then proteins come to the rescue.

Proteins are not chemistry at all, but concentrated protein obtained from common foods that are contained in the refrigerator for each of us. These are products such as: eggs, meat, fish, dairy products, etc. There are five types of proteins:

  1. Egg is effective and expensive.
  2. Casein is less effective.
  3. Soy is ideal for women.
  4. Whey - not very effective, but cheap.
  5. And finally, the most effective one is balanced, which contains all these proteins. You need to take it depending on the weight and physical activity.

There are many myths about protein, and now I will dispel the loudest ones:

  • Some say that proteins have a bad effect on potency, so the opposite is true. Since ancient times, protein foods have played a positive role for potency. We can say that proteins are even useful.
  • There is also such a rumor that proteins have a negative effect on the liver, this is also not the case. For protein to really harm the liver, you need to eat at least half a kilogram per day, which is naturally impossible.
  • Protein is also said to be addictive. In a sense, this is so, but as the saying goes, "We get used to good things quickly."

Protein will help you build muscle in record time without any harm to the body, but it's up to you to take it or not.
