Anyone who has issued an annual club card can work out in the fitness club. Cards come in different denominations, with an extension or limitation of services.
Instructions
Step 1
Large fitness centers offer their customers a visitor card. There are different types of cards for the services provided.
Step 2
Annual card.
Such a card is issued for one year and gives the owner the right to freely visit the fitness center, use the services of the gym, swimming pool (if available), attend group classes and a sauna at no additional charge. The cost of the card does not include personal training, massage and other individual services agreed by the club.
Step 3
Annual card with restriction.
Such a card is also issued for a period of one year, but it indicates the exact number of visits. For example, using the card, you can visit the gym 250 times a year and group programs 150 times.
Step 4
Freeze annual card.
Such a card is convenient in that you can "freeze" those months in which you will not be visiting the club. For example, you are going on vacation in the summer for 2 months. You need to come to the club and ask to suspend the card for these months. As a result, you will get that after a year your card will be extended for another two months free of charge. This card costs a little more than a regular one.
Step 5
Small fitness centers may offer their visitors to buy a subscription for a month or for a certain number of visits. If you want to go only to certain group classes (yoga, dancing, etc.), then it is more convenient and profitable for you to issue such a subscription. You can subscribe to 12 visits - that is, you can attend classes, regardless of the expiration date. Or you can get a subscription for 12 visits per month. This means that if a month has passed, and you have not left all classes, they burn out. Such a subscription is convenient for those who need a powerful incentive to do sports.
Step 6
You do not need any documents to issue a card or subscription. You will only need to fill out the club's questionnaire.
