Instructions
Step 1
If you train in any section of martial arts or just do it for yourself, then you understand that the first important condition in a fight is to keep the opponent's blow. It's hard to say which is harder to attack or defend. But, the key to success in battle is a strong psychological attitude and anticipation of the enemy's actions. Once you have learned how to take a punch and direct the enemy's actions against him, it will help you a lot in any duel. So how can you learn to hold back his onslaught? Let's take a closer look at this. 1. To correctly learn how to take a punch, you need to initially look your opponent in the eyes. At this point, most people pierce. There is only one conclusion: they are not psychologically prepared enough to face danger. This means that you need to work on this moment with special techniques, namely: daily meditations for 20-30 minutes. If you learn to see the eyes of the enemy, then you will surely foresee his plan. That is, where the blows will go. In this case, you will be able to react to it much more efficiently.
Step 2
2. As soon as he makes a swing with his arm or leg, take several actions to neutralize him, namely: leave the line of attack, taking a step with your foot to the side, and then finish him off with your hand or foot. Place the block with your hand, and with an oncoming movement strike it into an open area. You can also go into deaf defense, namely by placing your hands in such a way that they completely cover your head and half of your body.
Step 3
3. Another point that should not be forgotten in battle is the oncoming movement towards the enemy. One of the most productive ways is a direct kick to the stomach. It is acceptable to do it if the enemy is at some distance from you. In this case, you act first and stop him even before the impact. According to the coaches of the Russian SAMBO school, this is one of the best methods of defense in this situation.
Step 4
4. Also, do not forget about personal preparation. Daily even small workouts for stuffing the limbs (arms, legs), push-ups on the fists from the floor, jogging in the morning, exercising in the gym and building psychological stability will help you learn to accept and hold punches. Without it, all training will be in vain. So, following the above tips and instructions, you will learn how to hold back the enemy's blows in a short time.
