Step 1
Pass your thumb through the loop and wrap the bandage around your wrists several times. The palm should be facing down.
Step 2
Rotate 1 turn around your thumb and another around your wrist.
Step 3
Now wind each finger separately. The bandage should not cover the finger more than 1/3. After bandaging each finger, rotate around your wrist.
Step 4
Make a couple of turns around the outer surface until the bandage ends. When finished, secure the bandage firmly around the outside of your hand.
