Do your workouts no earlier than two hours after eating, and finish your evening workout two hours before bed.

Train on the simulator regularly and according to an individually selected program. Beginner sports lovers should practice 20-30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week, and trained 40-60 minutes 4-6 times a week.

You need to start using the simulator with a light warm-up - simple and common public exercises. These can be squats, bends, and torso twists.
Step 5
To start training sessions on a stationary bike, you need to: sit comfortably on the seat; adjust the seat height; adjust the position of the steering wheel; put your feet on the pedals; turn on the computer monitor by pressing a button or pedal; set up a workout program; start pedaling.
Step 6
You should know, the main functions supported by the exercise bike computer are recording the total time from the start of the workout; determination of the current speed of movement; fixing the distance traveled; the number of calories consumed. All this data is displayed on the monitor. Control every parameter while exercising.
Step 7
To end your training session, slowly reduce your speed to a complete stop. When the simulator stops completely, a “Stop” sign will appear in the upper corner of the monitor.
